What You Will Support
As a board member, you’ll help lead and grow work in three key areas while also supporting events like River City Pride Festival, InQueery, and more.

EDUCATION
Hosting panels, trainings, and forums that uplift and inform

ADVOCACY
Advancing visibility, inclusion, and equity across Central Illinois

SOCIAL OUTREACH
Creating affirming events and opportunities for connection

New board members are typically voted in at the start of our fiscal year in November

However, the board reviews and interviews applicants as needed throughout the year
